Yes — the dining room has no light at all. Your host guides you in and stays with you the whole time.
Do I know what I am eating?

Tell us when you book. Allergies and intolerances are taken before the experience starts, precisely because you will not be able to see the plate.
Is it suitable if I am uncomfortable in the dark?
Your host is with you at all times and you can step out whenever you want. Most guests settle within the first few minutes.
